French photographer Richard Vantielcke - Conceptual and narrative photography

The origin of this diptych self-portrait is a scene from the beautiful movie Punch-Drunk Love from director Paul Thomas Anderson. A long static shot in which the main character is seated at a table for two, but we understand that he never ate in front of someone. With that photograph, I just wanted to reconcile this character, making him eat in front of himself, to make him feel less alone :)
