Cela fait déjà plusieurs mois que j'avais écrit sur mon carnet à idées : "faire autoportrait post-it - le poids des mots".
Il faut bien avouer que la mise en oeuvre de la prise de vue ne m'enchantait guère... surtout lorsque l'on aime travailler seul avec soi même...
... d'où une certaine latence à la réalisation :)

Cela a donné une belle photo prise de tête : gestion d'un flash problématique avec toutes ces couleurs, la question essentielle du "j'écris sur les post-its pour la prise de vue ?" ou "j'écris en post-prod avec photoshop ?" et surtout la logistique à la con des post-it qui se décollent (ce qui est un comble, nous pouvons en convenir !)

Bref, j'ai tendance à penser que le fond sauve la forme pour le coup...

[Several months ago, I wrote in my ideas notebook : making post-it self-portrait. I must admit that the execution of the shooting did not enchanted me ... especially when you love working all alone by yourself...

The result is a lot of problems : managing a flash (that's new for me) with all these colors and the essential question : "I write on post-its for the shooting?" or "during the post-prod with photoshop?".
Eventually, I tend to think that the substance save the form... ]

Il y a un certain temps, j'avais eu l'idée d'une série d'autoportraits basés sur les optiques photographiques.
Gros plan sur les yeux pour l'objectif macro, les yeux tirés "à la chinoise" pour le grand angle... bref, vous avez saisi l'idée...
Seulement entre l'idée et une nouvelle photo mise en ligne sur ce blog, je me casse souvent les dents au niveau de la prise de vue qui n'a pas du tout donné ce que j'escomptais...

C'est cette idée de base qui est à l'origine de cette photographie, prise justement lors d'une séance où je me suis cassé les dents sur une autre idée !!! (satané flash !).

Si vous voulez dormir cette nuit, je vous déconseille de vous attarder sur l'oeil droit.... je vous aurai prévenu ! :)

[Few month ago, I had the idea of a series of self-portraits based on photographic lenses : focus on the eye for a macro lens, eye stretched with my fingers for a wide angle... well, you get the idea.
The shooting was a true a disappointment and this series is still just an idea...

But sometimes, the fragment of an idea can reappear during another shooting session...
If you want to sleep tonight, do not focus on the right eye .... I warned you :)]

Une photographie à "rotation ludique" comme je les aime...
C'est vraiment le genre de photos où j'ai laissé libre cours à mon inconscient pendant la prise de vue (ah! les autres prises ridicules...) et même pendant la post-production.
Au final, je la trouve particulièrement évocatrice.
C'est sans doute pour cela que je l'ai offerte à Cali pour la célébration du début de sa 7e année de bêtises ouèbiennes ! :)

La plupart du temps avec le grand angle et un point de vue comme celui-ci, on obtient le rendu déstabilisant d'une personne sans pieds qui ressemble à un culbuto...
Sur cette photographie, la posture et l'expression "priceless" de Mina donne vraiment une impression étrange, comme si elle pendait du plafond...
Bref, rendu space, mais rendu qui me plait...

Ah oui... bonne année 2010...

[Most of the time with wide angle and a point of view like this, you get a destabilizing photograph with your model looking like to a Roly-poly toy...
In this photograph, the posture and the "priceless" facial expression of Mina give to the scene a strange feeling, as if Mina is stuck to the ceiling :)
Strange... but I like it !]
