L'origine de cette série est la découverte du travail du photographe Jaime Monfort.
C'est par la suite l'envie de promener Mina dans mes ambiances sous-terraines en brassant les influences de Alice au pays des merveilles et de Le magicien d'Oz. Voici la première des 7 photographies qui composent cette série intitulée 'A bit like Alice..."

[The origin of this series is the discovery of the work of Jaime Monfort.
It comes also from my will to put Mina into a story with my underground atmospheres, taking inspiration from influences of Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz.
Here is the first of the 7 photographs that composed this series entitled "A bit like Alice..."

J'aime bien l'ambiance des parkings sous-terrain.
J'adore faire des portraits de Mina.

C'est toujours le même ravissement avec Mina.
A chaque nouvelle séance avec elle, un doute m'assaille... et si je ne réussissais pas à faire de belles photos avec elle ?
Et à chaque fois, la revue des photos prises lors de la séance écrase ces doutes comme Godzilla écrase les hommes d'affaires à Tokyo.
C'est presque magique, à chaque fois elle transforme le cadre en quelque chose d'onirique, de poétique !
Je me dis que j'ai beaucoup de chance...

Je tiens à préciser que le travail de Matmoon (ici et là) est le point de départ de cette photo.

N.B. : Je m'éclipse en vacances, les mises à jour de ce blog seront donc rares jusque fin août...

[It is always a delight to photograph Mina.
With each new shooting with her, I'm assailed by doubts ... and if I could not make beautiful pictures of her this time ?
And each time, the examination of pictures taken at the shooting crushes these doubts as Godzilla crushes buildings in Tokyo.
It's almost magical... everytime, she transforms the frame into something dreamlike, poetical !
I'm a lucky one...

I wish to state that the work of Matmoon (here and here) is the main inspiration of this photo.
